ASTM-CFR辛烷值机常见问题及处理方法

摘要 抗爆性作为车用汽油、车用乙醇汽油等汽车燃料最重要的检测项目,是衡量油品质量和使用性能的一个重要指标。依据GB/T 5487—2015《汽油辛烷值的测定研究法》和GB/T 503—2016《汽油辛烷值的测定马达法》规定的试验方法,试验设备须选择辛烷值测定机进行相关项目的测试。本文以美国Waukesha公司制造的ASTM-CFR辛烷值试验机为例,对该类试验机在运行过程中遇到的爆震表读数不稳定、进气温度在仪器正常时间内无法升高、进气门和排气门的间隙不符合、循坏冷却水液面过低、热机油过少五类主要问题进行了阐述并提出了解决办法,有助于汽油检测人员快速解决实验过程中遇到的问题,提高汽油产品抗爆性指标的检测准确度。 The antiknock property is the most important test item of automobile fuels such as automobile gasoline and automobile ethanol gasoline,and is an important index to measure the quality and performance of oil products.According to the test methods stipulated in GB/T 5487-2015,Determination of the gasoline octane number—Test method for research octane number,and GB/T 503-2016,Determination of the gasoline octane number—Test method for octane number,the test equipment must choose octane number rating machines to test related items.The paper takes Waukesha’s ASTM-CFR octane number testing machine manufactured in the United States as an example.Five main problems during the operation of this kind of testing machines are expounded,which include unstable detonation meter reading,intake air temperature falling to be raised in the normal time of the instrument,unfitting gaps of intake valves and exhaust valves,too low circulating cooling water level,and too little hot oil.Also,the solutions are put forward,which help gasoline testing personnel to quickly solve the problems during the experiment,and improve the detection accuracy of antiknock index of gasoline products.
