涉外法治人才培养数字化升级的挑战与路径探究

涉外法治人才数字化升级是顺应数字时代发展的必然趋势,其在助推全球数字治理、发展数字丝绸之路和回应数法人才建设中发挥的重要作用不言而喻。然而数字技术的发展也给涉外法治人才培养带来了巨大的现实挑战,这种挑战以学科鸿沟、体系空白和实践壁垒的形式呈现。为此,涉外法治人才培养有必要从国家和高校联合弥合学科思维和知识鸿沟入手,在“数字化涉外法治”创新理念的引领下,构建数智驱动的培养体系填补空白,营造虚拟涉外法治实践空间破除壁垒,实现涉外法治人才数字化升级的最终目标。

The digital upgrading of foreign legal talents is an inevitable trend for the development of the digital age,which plays an important role in promoting global digital governance,developing the digital Silk Road and responding to the construction of digital legal talents.However,the development of digital technology has also brought great practical challenges to the cultivation of foreign legal talents,which are presented in the form of disciplinary gap,system blank and practical barriers.Therefore,it is necessary to bridge the disciplinary thinking and knowledge gap between the state and universities,build a digital-intelligence-driven training system to fill the gaps under the guidance of the innovative concept of“digital foreign rule of law”,create a virtual space to practice foreign-related rule of law to break down barriers and achieve the ultimate goal of digital upgrading of foreign-related rule of law talents.
