浙江省物流业碳排放测算及影响因素分析

Measurement and Influencing Factor Analysis of Carbon Emission of Logistics Industry in Zhejiang Province

摘要 文章以浙江省为例,研究浙江省物流业的碳排放影响因素及减排对策。首先通过对浙江省物流业在2010—2019年间的碳排放量进行测算,分析其测算结果;然后进一步运用LMDI模型对浙江省物流业碳排放量进行因素分解,将其分为能源结构效应、能源强度效应、物流业产业结构效应、经济规模效应四个影响因素;针对浙江省物流业碳排放影响因素的分析结果,结合浙江省自身条件,从加快技术进步,实现能源结构调整和政府政策优化两个方面提出了降低浙江省物流业碳排放量的建议,以期能够帮助浙江省物流业实现低碳化可持续发展。 This paper takes Zhejiang Province as an example to study incluencing factors of carbon emissions and emission reduction countermeasures o f l ogistics i ndustry i n Z hejiang P rovince.T hrough t he c alculation o f c arbon e missions o f l ogistics i ndustry i n Zhejiang Province from 2010 to 2019,the calculation results are analyzed.Further,the LMDI model is used to decompose the carbon emissions into four inf luencing factors:energy structure effect,energy intensity effect,industrial structure effect of logistics industry and economic scale effect.Finally,based on the analysis results and Zhejiang Province's own conditions,suggestions are put forward to reduce the carbon emissions of logistics industry in Zhejiang Province from two aspects of accelerating technological progress,realizing energy structure adjustment and government policy optimization,in order to help Zhejiang logistics industry achieve low carbon sustainable development.
