山香圆叶水提醇沉与颗粒制备工艺研究

摘要 为去除山香圆叶提取液的无效成分和杂质,对山香圆叶水提醇沉与颗粒制备工艺进行研究。基于正交实验L_(9)(3)^(4)优选山香圆叶提取液醇沉工艺,以浸膏女贞苷和野漆树苷的总量含量为考察指标。山香圆叶提取液最佳醇沉工艺为:提取液浓缩至料液比1∶1(g∶g),药液醇沉温度为20℃,药液含醇量60%,静置时间12h,醇沉效果好。山香圆叶提取液经醇沉后,去除了无效成分和杂质,制备的颗粒性状、外观、粒度、水分、溶化性、鉴别、女贞苷和野漆树苷的总量含量等各项指标均符合实验标准要求,优选的山香圆叶水提醇沉工艺重现性好,颗粒制备工艺操作简便,为山香圆颗粒的制备生产提供了参考依据。 In order to remove the invalid components and impurities in the extract,the water extraction,alcohol precipitation and particle preparation process were studied.Based on the orthogonal experiment L_(9)(3)^(4),the ethanol precipitation process for the extraction of Folium Cinnamomi was optimized.The total contents of Ligustrum lucidum and Ligusticum indicum were taken as the indexes of the study.The optimum conditions of alcohol precipitation were as follows:the extract was concentrated to the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶1(g∶g).Alcohol precipitation temperature 20°C.Liquid alcohol content 60%.Standing time 12 h.Alcohol precipitation effect is good.The extract of Fructus Cinnamomi leaves was precipitated with alcohol.Removal of invalid ingredients and impurities.The total contents of Ligustrum lucidum glycoside and Illicium lucidum glycoside all meet the requirements of the experimental standards.The optimized process of water extraction and alcohol precipitation for the leaves of Fructus Cynanchi has good reproducibility.Particle preparation process is easy to operate.It provides a reference basis for the preparation and production of Shanxiangyuan granules.
