“互联网+”背景下“1+X”证书制度融通人才培养模式优化探索

摘要 职业教育作为一种教育类型,侧重于实践技能和实际工作能力的培养,要求所培养的人才必须具有一定的文化水平和专业知识技能。“1+X”证书制度在制度层面上将学校与企业联系起来,相互合作,共同培养复合型技术人才。在“互联网+”背景下,本文在职业教育领域中,通过实施目标融合、标准互通、校企协同、多元评价等措施,探索了“1+X”证书制度融通人才培养模式的优化思路与方法,旨在加强学校与企业的联系,培养企业需要的复合型技术人才。 As a type of education,vocational education focuses on the cultivation of practical skills and the ability to work in the field,and requires that the talents cultivated must have a certain level of literacy and specialized knowledge and skills.The“1+X”certificate system links schools and enterprises at the institutional level,cooperating with each other to cultivate compound technical talents.Under the background of the Internet+,in the field of vocational education,through measures such as goal integration,standard interoperability,school-enterprise collaboration,and multiple evaluations,explore the optimization ideas and methods of the“1+X”certificate,course certificate integration talent training model,and strengthen the relationship between schools and enterprises,Cultivate the compound technical skill talents that the enterprise needs.
