摘要
员工绩效评估是供电公司人力资源管理中的重要环节。传统的绩效评估方法存在主观性强、效率低等问题。本文探讨了深度学习技术在供电公司员工绩效评估中的应用,提出了一种基于深度学习的员工绩效评估方法,以期为供电公司员工选拔、晋升、薪酬管理、培训规划等人力资源管理工作提供决策支持。
Employee performance evaluation is an important part of human resource management in power supply company.The traditional performance evaluation method has the problems of strong subjectivity and low efficiency.This paper explores the application of deep learning technology to employee performance evaluation in power supply companies,and proposes a deep learning-based employee performance evaluation method.In order to provide decision support for the power supply company staff selection,promotion,salary management,training planning and other human resources management work.
