摘要
针对当前冷链物流配送中心布局的不合理性,导致配送成本高且物流配送距离较长,为此,提出基于CRITIC-熵权法的冷链物流配送中心布局优化方法。划分冷链物流配送中心功能区,确定冷链物流配送中心布局约束条件,计算CRITIC权重,利用CRITIC-熵权法,求解冷链物流配送中心布局目标函数,从而实现冷链物流配送中心布局优化。实验结果表明,利用所提方法完成布局后,其路径偏差结果均小于16m;实载率接近于1,配送距离短于38km,运输费用低于11万元,配送时间短于66min,等待运输时间短于3天。能够缩短配送的距离,降低配送的成本,且配送效率较高。
In response to the current unreasonable layout of cold chain logistics distribution centers,which leads to high distribution costs and long logistics distribution distances,a CRITIC entropy weight method based optimization method for cold chain logistics distribution center layout is proposed.The functional area of cold chain logistics distribution center is divided,the layout constraints of cold chain logistics distribution center are determined,the CRITIC weight is calculated,and the objective function of cold chain logistics distribution center layout is solved by critical-entropy weight method,so as to realize the optimization of cold chain logistics distribution center layout.The experimental results show that after using the proposed method to complete the layout,the path deviation results are all less than 16 meters;the actual loading rate is close to 1,the delivery distance is less than 38km,the transportation cost is less than 110000 yuan,the delivery time is less than 66 minutes,and the waiting time for transportation is less than 3 days.It can shorten the delivery distance,reduce the cost of delivery,and have high delivery efficiency.
