基层管理素质模型下应用型本科院校《管理学》课程改革研究

摘要 应用型本科院校毕业生在刚毕业的几年里,大多数人属于作业人员或基层管理者,因此,应用型本科院校《管理学》课程的目标应该是培养基层管理能力。采用扎根研究方法采集基层管理素质,整理和提纯各项指标和结构,构建基层管理素质模型。以此为依据,从课程设计、教学方式和考评体系开展应用型本科院校《管理学》课程改革。 Most graduates from applied colleges and universities in recent years are workers or grassroots managers,so the goal of management courses at applied colleges and universities should be to cultivate the grassroots management ability.This paper uses Root Analysis to collect grass-roots management qualities,then organize and purify the indexes and structure of the qualities to optimize the grassroots management competency model.On the basis of the model,this paper carries out the management curriculum reform from curriculum design,teaching method and evaluation system in applied colleges and universities.
