富血小板血浆治疗创伤后肘关节僵硬1例报告

摘要 肘关节僵硬是肘部创伤后最常见且恢复较为困难的并发症,发病率约为12%[1],其最主要的病理原因是损伤后发生软组织挛缩和异位骨化[2]。若肘关节活动度减少50%,将丧失80%的上肢功能,给患者日常生活带来严重影响[3]。目前,肘关节僵硬的治疗包括康复训练、手术松解和关节置换术等,但保守治疗效果较为局限,手术疗法因费用贵、二次损伤、关节僵硬复发等缺点不易被患者所接受。因此,探索新的非手术干预措施具有一定的必要性和挑战性。2022年9月22日,佛山市中医院骨科康复专科门诊收治了1例经过3个月康复治疗后效果欠佳的创伤后肘关节僵硬患者。
