四黄生肌汤联合荆芥熏洗剂治疗肛周脓肿临床研究

Sihuang Shengji Decoction Combined with Jingjie Fumigation Lotion in the Treatment of Perianal Abscess

目的 探讨四黄生肌汤联合荆芥熏洗剂在肛周脓肿患者中的临床疗效。方法 将临沭县中医医院84例肛周脓肿患者随机分为对照组(42例,常规治疗)与观察组(42例,加用四黄生肌汤联合荆芥熏洗剂)。治疗后对比2组的临床效果。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,创面愈合时间、新生上皮出现时间、创面腐肉脱落时间短于对照组(均P<0.05);术后第14天观察组肛门疼痛等症状评分低于对照组,术后3个月肛管舒张压、肛管收缩压、肛管静息压高于对照组,Wexner评分低于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 四黄生肌汤联合荆芥熏洗剂在肛周脓肿术后患者中应用效果良好。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Sihuang Shengji decoction combined with Jingjie fumigation lotion in the treatment of perianal abscess.Methods A total of 84 patients with perianal abscess in Linshu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into a control group(42 cases,routine treatment) and an observation group(42 cases,supplemented with Sihuang Shengji decoction and Jingjie fumigation lotion).After treatment,the clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the time of wound healing,the time of new epithelium emergence and the time of wound rotting flesh shedding were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of anal pain and other symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group on the 14th day after surgery,the diastolic pressure,systolic pressure and resting pressure of anal canal were higher than those in the control group 3 months after surgery,the Wexner score was lower than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sihuang Shengji decoction combined with Jingjie fumigation lotion has a good effect in the treatment of postoperative patients with perianal abscess.
