摘要
目的探讨应用一般人群心律识别(cardiac rhythm identification for simple people,CRISP)教学法对住院医师心律失常心电图判读能力的影响。方法纳入2023年1月—2023年6月在海军军医大学第二附属医院心血管内科轮转的72名住院医师为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,观察组进行CRISP教学法教学,对照组进行传统教学,授课结束后对两组住院医师进行考核及问卷调查。结果观察组的心律失常心电图测试总得分、致命性心律失常的识别正确率均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,观察组认为CRISP在提高心电图的判读能力、增加心电图学习积极性及热情、对教学模式满意度,以及对教学效果的满意度评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论应用CRISP教学心电图,可显著提升住院医师心律失常心电图的判读能力和住院医师的学习满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of ECG teaching with cardiac rhythm identification for simple people(CRISP)method on the arrhythmia recognition ability of residents.Methods From January 2023 to June 2023,72 residents in the residency training rotation in the Department of Cardiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Naval University were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was taught by traditional face-to-face ECG teaching,and the observation group was taught by CRISP method.The two groups were assessed and surveyed at the end of the teaching.Results After teaching,the scores of ECG test and the correct rate of fatal arrhythmia identification in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the observation group was significantly better than the control group in improving the ability of ECG interpretation,increasing the enthusiasm for ECG learning,and being satisfied with the teaching model and the teaching effect(all P<0.05).Conclusion Application of CRISP method can significantly improve the ECG recognition ability of residents and improve the overall teaching effect of ECG.
