摘要
为提高烧结矿产量和质量、优化烧结机参数,采用对辊+四辊破碎工艺替代原有对辊破碎工艺。通过一系列工艺改进措施,焦粉粒级+5 mm含量由20.16%降至9.45%,-3 mm粒级含量由62.98%增加至70.64%;烧结机参数得到优化,其中终点温度降低17.13℃,总管温度降低9.15℃;烧结矿产量提高140 t/d,转鼓强度提高1.24%,平均粒径提高0.45 mm,-10 mm粒级含量降低1.02%,燃耗降低0.72kg/t。
In order to improve the output and quality of sinter and optimize the parameters of sinter machine,the double-roll+four-roll crushing process is adopted to replace the original double-roll crushing process.Through a series of measures,the content of coke powder with a size of+5mm decreases from 20.16%to 9.45%,and the content of coke powder with a size of-3mm increases to 70.64%from 62.98%.The parameters of the sinter machine are optimized,the end point temperature is reduced by 17.13℃and the main tube temperature is reduced by 9.15℃.The sinter output increases by 140 tons/day,the drum strength increases by 1.24%,the average particle size increases by 0.45 mm,the content of-10 mm particle size decreases by 1.02%,and the fuel consumption decreases by 0.72 kg/t.
