新发展理念下应用型大学校城融合路径探索--以浙江万里学院余姚校区建设为例

Exploration on the Path of University-City Integration of Applied Universities Under the New Development Concept:Taking the Construction of Yuyao Campus of Zhejiang Wanli University as an Example

进入新发展阶段,浙江万里学院通过余姚校区建设实践,积极探索校城融合发展新路径,推进大学资源转化为新经济、新业态,形成大学发展的新优势、区域发展的新动能,其意义深刻,模式创新,路径多元。具体而言,校城融合应具备“现代国际化智慧学镇”新模式、“城市友好、青年有为”新理念以及一系列机制保障。其中产教融合“共建共享工程”、谋定校地融合路径包括:实施产教融合育人共同体建设工程、实施“企业数字化”工程、实施“辐射引领”工程、实施“余姚磁场”塑造工程、实施高层次人才校地“双聘”。

In the new stage of development,Zhejiang Wanli University actively explores new paths of university-city integration development through the construction practice of Yuyao Campus(Innovation Research Institute),promotes the transformation of university resources into new economy and new business formats,and forms new advantages for university development and new driving forces for regional development,which is of great significance and has multiple paths.Specifically,the path of university-city integration includes the new model of the“Modern International Smart Town”,the new concept of“City-friendly and Youthful”,and a series of mechanism guarantees.Amongthem,the“Co-Costruction and Sharing Project”for the integration of industry and education proposes the path of university-city integration,including the implementation of industry-education integration community construction,“Enterprise Digitalization”project,“Radiation Leadership”project,“Yuyao Magnetic Field”shaping project and the“Dual Employment”of high-level talents in universities and enterprises.
