Research on the Development of Graduate Students’Practical and Innovative Abilities under the Strategy of“Three Highs and Four News”

在贯彻落实“三高四新”战略定位背景下,湖南省研究生教育需要培养更多的创新型人才,以促进湖南省社会经济快速发展和提升中国的国际竞争力。基于此,分析了“三高四新”战略背景下通过产学研结合推动高校研究生实践创新能力发展的意义,探讨了现阶段造成高校研究生实践创新能力不足的因素,提出了以构建产学研结合培养高校研究生实践创新能力的具体策略。研究表明,产学研结合下的研究生实践创新能力培养是加快技术进步、保持教育活力可持续发展的内生和外在动力,亦是推动落实“三高四新”战略定位的重要举措。

In the context of implementing the strategic goal of“Three Highs and Four News”,the graduate education in Hunan province needs to cultivate more innovative talents in order to accelerate the rapid development of the province’s social economy and enhance China’s international competitiveness.Based on this,this paper analyzes the significance of promoting the development of practical innovation ability of graduate students in colleges and universities through the combination of production,study and research under the background of“Three Highs and Four News”strategy,discusses the factors leading to the lack of practical innovation ability of graduate students in colleges and universities at the present stage,and puts forward specific strategies to cultivate the practical innovation ability of graduate students in colleges and universities by constructing the combination of production,study and research.The research holds that the cultivation of graduate students’practical innovation and practical ability under the combination of production,study and research is the endogenous and external driving force to speed up technological progress and maintain the sustainable development of educational vitality.It is also an important measure to promote the implementation of the“Three Highs and Four News”strategy.
