集成电路产教研融合助力辽宁产业结构转型

Exploration of New Approaches to Integrate Teaching and Research of Integrated Circuits to Help Liaoning Industrial Structure Transformation

人才培养是集成电路产业发展的核心要素,为培养基础理论扎实、实践动手能力突出、胸怀壮志兼具时代担当的集成电路专业人才,提出了以“产教研融合”理念为核心、以“共生、共赢”理论为指导、以面向企业实际需求的实践教学方式及校企联合“双师型”教学团队为抓手、以课程思政与企业文化融合共建为着力点的多元化教学新途径,以期充分发挥辽宁作为东北老工业基地龙头、高等教育资源丰富的优势,推动传统产业的升级转型,助力新兴产业的布局发展。

Talent training is the core element of the development of integrated circuit industry.In order to cultivate integrated circuit professionals with solid basic theory,outstanding practical ability,ambition and responsibility of the times,this paper proposes a new diversified teaching approach with the concept of“integration of teaching and research”as the core,with the theory of“coexistence and win-win”as the guide,with the practical teaching method for the actual needs of enterprises and the school-enterprise joint“double-teacher”teaching team as the starting point,with the integration of curriculum ideology and politics and enterprise culture as the focus,in order to give full play to Liaoning’s advantages as the leading of the old industrial base in Northeast China and rich higher education resources,promote the upgrading and transformation of traditional industries,and help the layout and development of emerging industries.
