非布司他联合塞来昔布治疗痛风性关节炎的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Febuxostat Combined with Celecoxib in Treatment of Gouty Arthritis

目的:分析非布司他联合塞来昔布治疗痛风性关节炎的效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月南通大学附属江阴市人民医院收治的痛风性关节炎患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为传统组和联合组,各40例。传统组给予塞来昔布治疗,联合组在传统组基础上给予非布司他治疗。对比两组治疗效果、血清尿酸水平、炎性因子水平、生活质量。结果:联合组治疗有效率高于传统组(P=0.023)。治疗前,两组血清尿酸水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血清尿酸水平低于治疗前,且联合组低于传统组(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组炎性因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组髓过氧化物酶、肿瘤坏死因素-α、白细胞介素-1β、C反应蛋白水平低于治疗前,且联合组低于传统组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组疼痛程度、活动能力、睡眠质量、满意度评分高于治疗前,且联合组高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论:非布司他联合塞来昔布治疗痛风性关节炎的效果显著,可降低患者血清尿酸水平,减轻炎性反应,改善其生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of febuxostat combined with celecoxib in the treatment of gouty arthritis.Methods:From January 2023 to December 2023,a total of 80 patients with gouty arthritis who were admitted to Jiangyin People's Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into traditional group and combined group,with 40 cases in each group.The traditional group was treated with celecoxib and the combined group was treated with febuxostat on the basis of traditional group.The treatment effect,serum uric acid level,inflammatory factor level and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the traditional group(P=0.023).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum uric acid levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,serum uric acid levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the level in the combined group was lower than that in the traditional group(P<0.001).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of myeloperoxidase,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1βand C-reactive protein in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the combined group were lower than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain level,activity level,sleep quality and satisfaction scores in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and these indexes in the combined group were higher than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Febuxostat combined with celecoxib has a significant effect in the treatment of gouty arthritis,and can reduce serum uric acid level,relieve inflammatory reaction and improve the quality of life of patients.
