摘要
在单因素试验基础上,采用Box-Behnken响应面法对旋转式电芬顿装置去除垃圾渗滤液中COD的运行条件进行优化。结果表明:响应面法拟合得到的最佳运行条件为外接电压9.36 V,电极搅拌速率119.73 r/min,电极有效接触面积89.1 cm2,预测COD的去除率为68.56%;在此最佳条件下,用旋转式电芬顿装置处理6 L实际水样,得到COD去除率为69.83%,实测值与预测值绝对误差为1.27%,两者吻合度较好。
On the basis of single factor experiment,the operating conditions of rotary electric Fenton device for removing COD from landfill leachate was optimized by Box-Behnken response surface method.The optimal operating conditions obtained by response surface fitting were that the external voltage was 9.36 V,the electrode stirring rate was 119.73 r/min,the effective contact area of electrode was 89.1 cm^(2),and the predicted COD removal rate was 68.56%.Under these optimal conditions,using rotary electric Fenton device to treat 6 L of actual water samples,the removal rate of COD was 69.83%,and the absolute error between measured and predicted values was 1.27%,indicating a good agreement between them.
