服务生态系统何以影响制造企业全要素生产率?

How Service Ecosystems Affect the Total Factor Productivity of Manufacturing Enterprises:An Analysis of Medi⁃ating and Moderating Effects

数字经济时代提升制造企业全要素生产率、促进制造业高质量发展是推进现代化产业体系建设的重要内容。服务生态系统为企业开展价值共创活动搭建了资源基础,对制造企业全要素生产率产生深刻影响。基于资源基础理论和动态能力理论,使用2013—2021年中国沪深A股上市制造企业面板数据,实证检验了服务生态系统对制造企业全要素生产率的影响。研究发现:第一,服务生态系统有助于提升制造企业全要素生产率;第二,服务生态系统通过促进组织动态能力实现制造企业全要素生产率的提升;第三,数字化能力能够强化服务生态系统对制造企业全要素生产率的积极效应;第四,基于企业产权性质和企业规模、行业性质以及市场环境不确定性的异质性检验表明,国有企业、大型企业、先进制造企业以及高不确定性市场环境中服务生态系统对全要素生产率的促进作用更加明显。研究结论为制造企业提升全要素生产率、实现高质量发展提供理论参考和实践指导。

Enhancing total factor productivity and fostering high-quality development in manufacturing enterprises are cru‐cial for establishing a modern industrial system in the digital economy era.Service ecosystems offer a resource base that enables enterprises to engage in value co-creation activities,which significantly impacts their total factor produc‐tivity.Utilizing resource-based theory and dynamic capability theory,this study empirically examines how service ecosystems affect the total factor productivity of manufacturing enterprises.The analysis is based on panel data from Chinese manufacturing firms listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share markets from 2013 to 2021.The key find‐ings are as follows:First,service ecosystems improve the total factor productivity of manufacturing enterprises.Sec‐ond,they do so by enhancing organizational dynamic capabilities.Third,the digital capabilities of manufacturing en‐terprises amplify the positive impact of service ecosystems on their factor productivity.Fourth,heterogeneity tests based on the ownership,size,industry,and market uncertainty of enterprises reveal that service ecosystems have a more pronounced positive effect on the total factor productivity of state-owned enterprises,large enterprises,ad‐vanced manufacturing enterprises,and those operating in high-uncertainty market environments.These conclusions offer both theoretical insights and practical guidance for manufacturing enterprises to boost their total factor productiv‐ity and achieve high-quality development.
