摘要
基于等厚干涉原理设计了透明液体质量分数自动检测装置.利用普通的光学玻璃作为上层干涉板,采用半透半反镜作为下层干涉板,搭建小角度劈尖.使用CCD拍摄劈尖内空气间隙与待测溶液间隙处形成的干涉条纹图样,对干涉图样进行灰度转换、中值滤波、均值滤波及模糊等处理,利用Matlab软件计算溶液的折射率,进而利用折射率计算透明液体的质量分数.
Based on the principle of equal thickness interference,an automatic measuring device for mass fraction of transparent liquid was designed.An ordinary optical glass was used as the upper interference plate,and a semi-transparent and semi-reflective mirror was used as the lower interference plate,thus a small angle wedge tip was built.CCD was used to photograph the interference fringe patterns formed at the air gap in the wedge tip and the gap filled with the solution.The interference pattern was processed by gray level conversion,median filtering,mean filtering and fuzzy processing,and the refractive index of the solution was calculated by Matlab software,and then the mass fraction of the transparent liquid was calculated by the refractive index.
