摘要
针对超期服役的大型垃圾填埋场环境修复问题,提出了一种基于PLC系统的智慧管控平台设计方案。该平台采用四级分层结构,包括监控级管理层、数据通信层、过程控制层和展示应用层,以实现环境修复的实时监测、智能控制和数据分析。通过集成数字化工程理念和数字孪生技术,平台能够有效提升环境修复效率和安全性,促进垃圾填埋场环境修复的智能化。在实际应用中,平台在颜春岭垃圾填埋场的环境治理中发挥了重要作用,实现了对渗滤液、气体浓度、堆体稳定性的有效监控和预警,为现场管理和决策提供了强有力的支持。
In the study described in this paper,we propose a design solution for a PLC-based intelligent control platform that addresses the environmental restoration issues of overdue large garbage dumps.The platform adopts a four-tiered structure,including the monitoring level management,data communication layer,process control layer,and application display layer,to achieve real-time monitoring,intelligent control,and data analysis of environmental restoration.Through the integration of digital engineering concepts and digital twin technology,the platform can effectively enhance environmental restoration efficiency and safety,and promote the intelligence of garbage dump environmental restoration.In actual application,the platform plays a significant role in the environmental governance of the Yan Chunling garbage dump,achieving the effective monitoring and warning of the quality of leachate,gas concentration,and the stability of the heap body,which provides strong support for on-site management and decision-making.
