摘要
快速循环刻意练习(rapid cycle deliberate practice,RCDP)是一种创新的模拟培训方法,已经越来越多的被应用于护理模拟培训中。本文对RCDP的概念、基本原则,以及其在护理模拟培训中的应用领域、培训效果评估进行综述,指出针对特定培训目标,RCDP可为参与者提供满意的学习体验,实现更好的培训效果,值得被更广泛的应用和研究。
Objective Rapid cycle deliberate practice(RCDP)is an innovative simulation training method,which has been applied more and more in nursing simulation training.The concept,basic principles,application in nursing simulation training and training effect evaluation of the RCDP were reviewed in this paper,and RCDP for specific training objectives can provide participants with a satisfactory learning experience and achieve better training results,which is worthy of wider application and research.
