摘要
试验旨在研究不同水平的纳豆粉与红曲粉联合对固始鸡生长性能、血清抗氧化指标、肠道菌群及养分表观代谢率的影响。选取30日龄体重相近、健康雄性固始鸡200只,随机分成5组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只鸡。CK组饲喂基础饲粮,T_(1)组在基础饲粮中添加1%纳豆粉与1%红曲粉,T_(2)组在基础饲粮中添加2%纳豆粉与2%红曲粉,T_(3)组在基础饲粮中添加2%纳豆粉与5%红曲粉,T_(4)组在基础饲粮中添加5%纳豆粉与2%红曲粉。预试期7 d,正式试验期50 d。结果显示:与CK组相比,T_(2)组~T_(4)组固始鸡的平均日增重显著增加(P<0.05),T_(1)组~T_(4)组料重比显著降低(P<0.05);T_(1)组~T_(4)组固始鸡血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05);T_(1)组~T_(4)组固始鸡盲肠内大肠杆菌数量显著减少(P<0.05),乳酸杆菌数量显著增加(P<0.05);T_(2)组~T_(4)组固始鸡盲肠内双歧杆菌数量显著增加(P<0.05);T_(1)组~T_(4)组固始鸡对粗蛋白和粗脂肪的代谢率显著提高(P<0.05);T_(2)组~T_(4)组固始鸡对有机物的代谢率显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,纳豆粉与红曲粉联合应用可提高固始鸡生长性能和饲粮养分表观代谢率,改善血清抗氧化指标,维持固始鸡肠道健康,在饲粮中添加2%的纳豆粉与2%的红曲粉效果较好。
The aim of the experiment was to investigate the effect of combined use of Natto powder and monascus powder on the growth performance,serum antioxidant index,intestinal flora,and nutrient apparent metabolic rate of Gushi chickens.A total of 200 healthy male Gushi chickens of similar weight at the age of 30 days were selected,randomly divided into five groups with four replicates per group and 10 chickens per replicate.The CK group fed a basic diet,the T_(1)group supplemented with 1%Natto powder and 1%monascus powder in the basic diet,the T_(2)group supplemented with 2%Natto powder and 2%monascus powder,the T_(3)group supplemented with 2%Natto powder and 5%monascus powder,and the T_(4)group supplemented with 5%Natto powder and 2%monascus powder.The preliminary trial lasted for seven days,and the formal experiment lasted for 50 days.The results showed that compared with the CK group,the average daily weight gain of Gushi chickens in groups T_(2)to T_(4)was significantly increased(P<0.05),the feed to weight ratio of groups T_(1)to T_(4)was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity in the serum of Gushi chickens in groups T_(1)to T_(4)were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The number of E.coli in the cecum of Gushi chickens in groups T_(1)to T_(4)was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the number of Lactobacillus was significantly increased(P<0.05).the number of Bifidobacterium in the cecum of Gushi chickens in groups T_(2)to T_(4)was significantly increased(P<0.05).The metabolic rate of crude protein and crude fat in Gushi chickens in groups T_(1)to T_(4)were significantly improved(P<0.05),the metabolic rate of organic matter in Gushi chickens in groups T_(2)to T_(4)was significantly improved(P<0.05).The study indicates that combined use of Natto powder and monascus powder can improve the growth performance and dietary metabolic rate,improve serum antioxidant indexes,and maintain the intestinal health of Gushi chickens.The combination of 2%Natto powder and 2%monascus powder are better.
