摘要
HNPC-A18237是湖南海利高新技术产业集团湖南化工研究院创制的兼具草地贪夜蛾等咀嚼式口器害虫和蚜虫等刺吸式口器害虫广谱高效杀虫活性邻胺基苯甲酸双酰胺化合物。为进一步评价其蚜虫防治效果、作物安全性,采用喷雾法研究了HNPC-A18237对棉蚜、桃蚜的田间防治效果。试验结果表明:HNPC-A18237在27~60 g/hm^(2)对棉蚜、桃蚜防效好,防治效果药后3 d达到90%左右,药后4~14 d达到并保持90%之上,与对照药剂溴氰虫酰胺处于同一水平或更胜一筹。HNPC-18237能够有效防治棉蚜和桃蚜,且速效性、持效性好,对作物安全,具有进一步研究开发价值。
As an anthranilic diamide compound,HNPC-A18237 has broad-spectrum and highly efficacy insecticidal activity against chewing mouthparts pests such as Spodoptera frugiperda and piercing sucking mouthparts pests such as Aphids,which was discoveried by Hunan Research Institute of Chemical Industry of Hunan Haili High-Tech Industry Group Co.,Ltd..In order to further evaluate its control efficacy on Aphids and crop safety,the field trials of HNPC-A18237against Aphis gossypii and Myzus persicae was studied by spraying methods.The results showed that HNPC-A18237 had good control efficacy on Aphis gossypii and Myzus persicae at 27-60 g/ha,reaching around 90% after 3 days treatment,reaching and maintaining above 90% after 4-14 days treatment,which was at the same level as or superior to the positive control agent,cyantraniliprole.HNPC-18237 can effectively prevent and control Aphis gossypii and Myzus persicae,with good quick-acting,it is safe for crops,and has further research and development value.
