全回转打桩船沉桩效率分析

摘要 温州市域铁路S3线附属配套工程(瑞安段)永宁大桥项目是集市域铁路、快速路、一级公路、慢行系统等功能于一体的复合型特大桥,采用双层桥梁建设。跨飞云江主桥部分设计采用主跨260 m刚性悬索桥,水中设计7个墩。桩基钢护筒及钢管桩均采用全回转打桩船“海力801”进行沉桩。通过对永宁大桥钢护筒及钢管桩沉桩效率进行分析,总结相关经验,为后续海上、跨江桥梁工程沉桩施工提供借鉴意义。 Yongning Bridge Project in Wenzhou Municipal Railway S3 Line Auxiliary Supporting Project(Ruian Section)is a composite special bridge integrating the functions of municipal railway,expressway,first-class highway,slow travel system etc.,which is a double-deck bridge.Its main bridge spanning Feiyun River is designed as a rigidity suspension bridge with a main span of 260 m.There are 7 piers designed in water.The pile foundation steel casing and steel pipe piles are all driven by the full-turning pile barge"Haili 801".By analyzing the pile sinking efficiency of the steel casing and steel pipe piles of Yongning Bridge,the relevant experience is summarized,which provides reference for the subsequent pile sinking construction of offshore and cross-river bridge projects.
