摘要
目的 进一步分析肺部超声检查在新生儿肺部疾病的临床效果。方法 此次研究将2021年5月至2022年5月的100例新生儿纳入研究之中,其中61例新生儿为正常新生儿,采用肺部超声检查,明确此类新生儿肺部超声数据以及图像,39例新生儿为存在肺部疾病的新生儿,对于此类患儿先落实X线检查,了解其肺部疾病的状态,再落实肺部超声检查,明确肺部疾病新生儿肺部超声数据以及图像,进而分析存在肺部疾病的新生儿与正常新生儿肺部超声数据以及图像,得出肺部疾病新生儿肺部超声数据和图像特征,为诊新生儿肺部疾病提供诊断依据。结果 39例肺部疾病患儿肺部超声显示胸膜线增粗、毛糙、A线消失,出现融合致密B线,甚至白肺;M-模式下肺滑动征消失;肺点及双肺点的出现,及结合肺实变各种超声表现加血流。结论 肺部超声检查是新生儿肺部疾病的重要辅助检查,安全、经济实惠,逐渐代替X线肺部检查。
Objective Further analyze the clinical efficacy of pulmonary ultrasound examination in neonatal pulmonary diseases.Methods This study included 100 newborns from May 2021 to May 2022,of which 61 were normal newborns and underwent pulmonary ultrasound examination to determine the pulmonary ultrasound data and images of such newborns.39 newborns had pulmonary diseases,and X-ray examination was first performed to understand the status of their pulmonary diseases.Then pulmonary ultrasound examination was performed to determine the pulmonary ultrasound data and images of newborns with pulmonary diseases,and the pulmonary ultrasound data and images of newborns with pulmonary diseases and normal newborns were analyzed to obtain the pulmonary ultrasound data and image characteristics of newborns with pulmonary diseases,providing diagnostic basis for the diagnosis of neonatal pulmonary diseases.Results In 39 cases of children with lung disease,pulmonary ultrasound showed thickening of pleural line,thickening of A line,disappearance of A line,fusion dense B line,and even white lung.M-mode lung slip sign disappeared;The appearance of lung spots and double lung spots,combined with various ultrasonic manifestations of lung consolidation and blood flow.Conclusions Pulmonary ultrasound examination is an important auxiliary examination for neonatal lung diseases,which is safe and economical,and gradually replaces X-ray lung examination.
