矿用卡车MT5500电动轮典型故障分析及检修工艺优化

摘要 介绍了MT5500矿用卡车电动轮装配工艺的改进和密封设计的优化,旨在解决牵引电机压盖螺栓断裂和漏油故障问题;通过调整装配工艺和改进密封设计,提高了电动轮的使用寿命,降低了配件更换频率和检修工时。应用表明:新工艺的应用不仅提高了卡车的出动率,还降低了维修的劳动强度。 This article introduces the improvement of the assembly process of MT5500 mining truck electric wheel and the optimization of the sealing design,to solve the problems of traction motor gland bolt breakage and oil leakage failure.By adjusting the assembly process and improving the sealing design,we improve the service life of the electric wheel,and reduce the frequency of parts replacement and maintenance hours.The application shows that the application of the new process not only increases the dispatch rate of trucks,but also reduces the labor intensity of overhaul.
