摘要
为提高电力大件设备位移监测效果,开展基于多传感器的电力大件设备位移实时自动化监控系统设计研究。首先通过拉线传感器使用三球交会定位原理对位移数据进行采集;然后利用放大电路对其进行处理,通过A/D模块进行转换,获得数字信号传输至单片机;最后通过单片机模块将输入的数字信号进行处理和控制,实现电力大件设备位移实时自动化监控。实验结果表明,该系统可完成电力大件设备位移实时自动化监控,且位移测量误差不超过0.3 mm,满足发电厂对于设备位移实时自动化监控的需求。
In order to improve the displacement monitoring effect of large power equipment,this study focus on the design and research of a real-time automated monitoring system for large power equipment displacement based on multiple sensors.Firstly,collects displacement data using a line sensor and the principle of three ball intersection positioning.Then,it is processed using an amplification circuit and converted through an A/D module to obtain a digital signal that is transmitted to the microcontroller.Finally,the input digital signal is processed and controlled through a microcontroller module to achieve real-time automated monitoring of the displacement of large power equipment.The experimental results show that the system can achieve real-time automated monitoring of displacement of large power equipment,and the displacement measurement error does not exceed 0.3 mm,meeting the needs of power plants for real-time automated monitoring of equipment displacement.
