自动化腹膜透析治疗容量超负荷腹膜透析患者的临床观察

摘要 目的探究APD治疗容量超负荷CAPD患者的临床效果。方法本研究纳入了2020年9月-2022年9月因容量超负荷就诊的21例CAPD的患者,入院后均给予短期APD治疗。记录患者CAPD和APD治疗时的24h腹膜超滤量、24h尿量、体质量、血压、血肌酐、尿素氮、白蛋白、血糖、血钾、血红蛋白等指标。结果21例CAPD患者接受短期APD治疗,与CAPD时相比,所有患者的容量超负荷均得到改善,24h超滤量明显增加差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),体质量显著下降差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),舒张压降低差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而血肌酐、尿素氮、血钾、白蛋白、血糖、血红蛋白、收缩压等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论APD治疗可以通过增加超滤量来显著改善CAPD患者的容量状态。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of APD in treatment of CAPD patients with volume overload.Methods From September 2020 to September 2022,21 patients with CAPD who were hospitalized due to volume overload were included in this study,and all patients were treated with short-term APD.The peritoneal ultrafiltration volume of 24 hours(hour,h),24h urine volume,body mass,blood pressure,blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,albumin,blood glucose,blood potassium,hemoglobin and other indicators of the patients were recorded during CAPD and APD treatment.Results 21 patients with CAPD received short-term APD treatment,the volume overload of all patients was improved compared with CAPD.The ultrafiltration volume of 24 hours was significantly increased(P<0.001),the body mass was significantly decreased(P<0.001),and the diastolic pressure was decreased(P<0.005).There was no significant difference in serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,blood potassium,albumin,blood glucose,hemoglobin and systolic blood pressure(P>0.05).Conclusions APD treatment can significantly improve the volume status of CAPD patients by increasing ultrafiltration volume.
