国内ESG基金的行为解析:ESG绩效、投资方向与风险警示

Behavior Analysis of Domestic ESG Funds: ESG Performance, Investment Direction and Risk Warnings

ESG基金为企业绿色低碳转型、促进社会责任履行以及规范公司治理提供新的活头源水,是经济高质量发展的必然要求。与国际市场相比,国内ESG起步晚、发展快,本文基于国内ESG基金发展情况,聚焦国内ESG基金的ESG绩效、投资方向及存在的风险警示深度分析国内ESG基金的行为特点。结果显示:我国ESG基金的ESG效益整体表现良好、ESG执行意愿较强,财务绩效优于市场表现;但也发现资金集中流入白酒行业、与传统基金重仓标的差别不大,存在一定的“漂绿”现象等问题。为此,建议进一步完善上市公司ESG信息披露标准,强化基金经理ESG投资理念,推动建立ESG基金信息披露问责机制,从而促进国内市场高质量、可持续发展。

ESG funds provide a new source of capital for companies to facilitate green and low-carbon transformation,promote social responsibility,and improve corporate governance,which are essential requirements for the high-quality development of the economy.Compared with the international market,ESG in China has started late but developed quickly.Based on the development of domestic ESG funds,this paper deeply analyzes the behavior characteristics of domestic ESG funds by focusing on their ESG performance,investment direction and existing risk warnings.The result shows that the overall performance of ESG funds in China is good,there is a strong intention to implement ESG principles,and its financial performance is better than the market benchmarks.However,there are also several issues such as concentrated capital inflows into the liquor industry,and a lack of significant differences in the major portfolio holdings compared to traditional funds,indicating a certain level of"greenwashing".Therefore,it is suggested to further improve the ESG information disclosure standards of listed companies,strengthen the ESG investment concept of fund managers,and promote the establishment of the ESG fund information disclosure accountability mechanism,so as to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of the domestic market.
