电力行业的发展关系国计民生,是社会主义现代化建设的坚实保障。为满足新时期经济转型升级要求,国家对电网体系进行了一系列深化改革,通过新电改全面推动电力公司的市场化运行。在此背景下,文章选择以D电力公司为例,在探讨电力公司成本预算精细化管理价值的基础上,分析其成本预算管理存在的问题,进而提出针对性的管理策略,希望对电力公司更好地开展成本预算精细化管理提供一定的借鉴。

The development of the power industry is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,and is a solid guarantee for socialist modernization construction.In order to meet the requirements of economic transformation and upgrading in the new era,the country has carried out a series of deepening reforms on the power grid system,and comprehensively promoted the market-oriented operation of power companies through the new power reform.In this context,the article takes D electric power company as an example to explore the value of cost budget refined management in electric power companies.Based on this,the article analyzes the problems in its cost budget management and proposes targeted management strategies,hoping to provide some reference for electric power companies to better carry out cost budget refined management.
