基于Kmeans聚类对14个新疆陆地棉萌发期耐碱性评价

摘要 为了解新疆陆地棉品种萌发期的耐碱性差异,本研究采用沙培法对14个新疆陆地棉品种萌发期进行不同浓度(0(ck)、25 mmol/L、50 mmol/L、75 mmol/L、100 mmol/L)Na_(2)CO_(3)胁迫处理,测定了与棉花耐碱性相关的指标,并利用主成分分析、隶属函数综合评价和Kmeans聚类分析等方法对其萌发期耐碱性进行排序。结果表明,各品种棉花种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、株高、根长、干质量、鲜质量、相对含水量均随着碱浓度的增大而呈下降趋势。利用隶属函数和权重系数方法对14个新疆陆地棉花品种萌发期的耐碱性进行综合评价,基于D值进行Kmeans聚类分析,将14个棉花品种划分为四类:第Ⅰ类有2个棉花品种,D值为0.296,属于碱敏感型材料;第Ⅱ类有3个棉花品种,D值为0.535,属于弱耐碱型材料;第Ⅲ类有5个棉花品种,D值为0.684,属于中度耐碱型材料;第Ⅳ类有4个棉花品种,D值为0.788,属于强耐碱型材料。 In order to understand the difference of alkaline resistance of Xinjiang Gossypium hirsutum varieties at germination stage,the sand culture method was used to treat 14 Gossypium hirsutum varieties with Na_(2)CO_(3) alkali stress at different concentrations(0,25,50,75,100 mmol/L)at germination stage,and the indexes related to alkaline resistance of Gossypium hirsutum were determined.The alkaline tolerance of the germination was ranked by principal component analysis,membership function evaluation and Kmeans cluster analysis.The results showed that the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,plant height,root length,dry weight,fresh weight and relative water content of Gossypium hirsutum seeds decreased with the increase of alkali concentration.The alkali resistance of 14 Xinjiang Gossypium hirsutum cultivars at germination stage was evaluated comprehensively by using membership function and weight coefficient method.The 14 Gossypium hirsutum cultivars were classified into 4 types by Kmeans clustering analysis based on D value.ClassⅠhad 2 germplasm materials with D value of 0.296,which belonged to alkali sensitive materials.There were 3 germplasm materials in ClassⅡwith D value of 0.535,which belonged to weak alkali resistant type.There were 5 germplasm materials in ClassⅢ,and the D value was 0.684,which belonged to medium alkali resistant materials.There were 4 germplasm materials in ClassⅣwith D value of 0.788,which belonged to alkali-resistant materials.
