摘要
目的探讨表象训练在基础护理实验教学中的应用效果。方法选择2022年1月—2023年8月于北京中医药大学东方学院实习的120名学生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为A组和B组,每组60名。A组学生采用表象训练法进行教学,B组学生采用传统训练法进行教学。比较2组的铺备用床、铺无菌盘成绩以及教学满意度。结果A组学生的铺备用床单[(26.12±1.89)分]、铺无菌盘[(18.89±1.46)分]成绩高于B组学生[(25.11±1.67)分、(17.42±1.79)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组学生对教学的总满意度为98.33%,高于B组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在基础护理实验教学中应用表象训练法能够有效提升学生的铺备用床、铺无菌盘成绩以及教学总满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of image training in the experiment teaching of basic nursing.Methods A total of 120 students who were practicing in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Dongfang College from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method,with 60 students in each group.The students of group A were taught with the image training method,and the students of group B were taught with the traditional training method.The results of laying spare beds,laying sterile plates and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of laying spare beds[(26.12±1.89)points]and laying sterile plates[(18.89±1.46)points]of group A students were higher than those of students in group B[(25.11±1.67)points,(17.42±1.79)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of students in group A was 98.33%,which was higher than 83.33%in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of image training in the experimental teaching of basic nursing can effectively improve students'achievement in laying spare beds,laying sterile plates and teaching total satisfaction.
