高品质复合功能针织面料的开发

Development of High Quality Composite Functional Knitted Fabric

针对弹力运动面料,采用7.78tex锦纶6纱线织成面料,对面料布面情况、触感进行评估,测试其抗起球、抗钩丝、接触凉感、持续凉感与速干性能,并综合考虑后优选最佳纱线参数以及后整理助剂。最终将7.78tex高凉感复合功能锦纶6纱线搭配3.33tex氨纶,在纬编高针大圆机设备上进行织造,然后通过染色、定形、后整理等工序,制得一款高品质复合功能针织面料。结果表明,该面料抗起球、抗钩丝、接触瞬间凉感、持续凉感、吸湿速干、防紫外线性能都较为优秀,能够在多场景应用。

For stretchy sports fabrics,the 7.78 tex nylon 6 yarn is used to knit the fabric,and the fabric surface and touch feel are evaluated.Its anti-plling,anti-snagging,cool feeling on contact,continuous cool feeling and quick-drying performance are tested,and the optimal yarn parameters and finishing auxiliaries are selected after comprehensive consideration.Finally,the 7.78 tex high-cooling composite functional nylon 6 yarn with 3.33 tex spandex is knited on the large diameter high gauge circular weft knitting machine.Then,through dyeing,setting,finishing and other processes,a high-quality composite functional knitted fabric is developed.The test results show that the fabric has excellent anti-pilling,anti-snagging,instant cool feeling on contact,continuous cool feeling,moisture absorption and quick drying,and UV protection performance,which can be used in multiple scenarios.
