番茄连作障碍土壤微生物研究进展

摘要 近年来,番茄连作障碍是制约番茄产业可持续发展的重要因素,其起因多而复杂,给番茄障碍的防治带来极大的困难。土壤微生物是导致番茄连作障碍的主要因素,其群落结构变化影响着土壤质量与作物生长。因此,文章从土壤微生物的角度,结合国内外番茄连作障碍研究进展,概述病原菌对番茄生长的危害,并结合当前农艺措施、施肥措施、杀菌剂、熏蒸及厌氧措施、微生物措施、拮抗育种措施、综合治理措施等防治手段,概述了上述措施在缓解番茄连作障碍过程中对土壤微生物群落结构影响的研究进展,为未来番茄连作障碍的进一步研究及防治提供良好的技术支撑与展望。 In recent years,tomato continuous cropping obstacle is an important factor restricting the sustainable development of tomato industry,which has many and complex causes and brings great difficulties to the prevention and control of tomato obstacles.Soil microorganism is the main factor leading to continuous cropping obstacle of tomato,and its community structure changes affect soil quality and crop growth.Therefore,from the perspective of soil microorganisms,combined with the research progress of tomato continuous cropping obstacles at home and abroad,this paper summarized the harm of pathogenic bacteria to tomato growth,and combined with the current agronomic measures,fertilization measures,fungicides,fumigation and anaerobic measures,microbial measures,antagonistic breeding measures,comprehensive management measures and other control measures.This paper summarized the research progress of the effects of the above measures on soil microbial community structure in the process of alleviating tomato continuous cropping obstacles.It provided a good technical support and prospects for further research and control of tomato continuous cropping obstacles in the future.
