人工智能在心脏骤停急救应用中的伦理挑战与对策

摘要 随着计算机科学技术的迅猛发展,人工智能(AI)技术在医疗领域内的应用日益广泛,其在心脏骤停(CA)急救中也展现出良好前景。目前,AI已在CA预警监测、抢救设备运输、抢救指导等方面展现出积极促进作用。然而,由于CA急救时的紧迫性和特殊性,AI技术在为患者带来福祉的同时也伴随一系列伦理问题,主要涉及数据隐私和安全、算法透明度和可解释性、算法偏见和歧视、责任划分等方面。因此,本研究旨在探讨AI在CA急救应用中表现出的积极作用及其面临的伦理困境,并在此基础上提出具有针对性的解决策略和建议,为AI技术在CA急救应用中的健康及长久发展提供伦理指导和参考。 With the rapid development of computer science and technology,the application of artificial intelligence(AI)in the medical field has become increasingly widespread,showing promising prospects in the emergency treatment of cardiac arrest(CA).Currently,AI has demonstrated positive contributions in areas such as CA early warning monitoring,rescue equipment transportation and rescue guidance.However,due to the urgency and specificity of CA emergencies,the use of AI technology,while beneficial to patients,also brings a series of ethical issues.These issues mainly involve data privacy and security,algorithm transparency and interpretability,algorithm bias and discrimination,and the division of responsibility.Therefore,this paper aims to review the positive roles of AI in the emergency treatment of CA and the ethical dilemmas it faces.Based on this review,the paper proposes targeted solutions and recommendations in order to provide ethical guidance and reference for the healthy and sustainable development of AI technology in the emergency treatment of CA.
