叶酸联合马来酸依那普利治疗H型高血压合并冠心病的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Folic Acid Combined with Enalapril Maleate in Treatment of H-Type Hypertension Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:分析叶酸联合马来酸依那普利治疗H型高血压合并冠心病的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年6月武昌区积玉桥街社区卫生服务中心收治的98例H型高血压合并冠心病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为常规组和联合组,每组49例。常规组采用马来酸依那普利治疗,联合组在常规组基础上给予叶酸治疗。观察两组血压水平、心功能指标、血管内皮功能指标、炎性因子水平。结果:治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压均低于治疗前,且联合组低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组左室射血分数、左心室收缩末期容积、左心室舒张末期容积均高于治疗前,且联合组高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组同型半胱氨酸、氨基末端B型利钠肽前体、血管内皮生长因子、内皮素-1水平均低于治疗前,且联合组低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6、高敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于治疗前,且联合组低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:叶酸联合马来酸依那普利治疗H型高血压的临床效果显著,能够控制血压,改善患者心功能和血管内皮功能,降低Hcy水平,抑制炎性反应。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of folic acid combined with enalapril maleate in the treatment of H-type hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 98 patients with H-type hypertension combined with coronary heart disease admitted to Jiyuqiao Street Community Health Service Center in Wuchang District from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into conventional group and combined group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with enalapril maleate,and the combined group was treated with folic acid on the basis of conventional group.Blood pressure levels,cardiac function indicators,vascular endothelial function indicators and inflammatory factor levels were observed in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the blood pressure levels in the combined group was lower those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end-systolic volume and left ventricular end-diastolic volume in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and these indicators in the combined group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of homocysteine,N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide,vascular endothelial growth factor,and endothelin-1 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and these indicators in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of interleukin-6,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and these indicators in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Folic acid combined with enalapril maleate has significant clinical effect in the treatment of H-type hypertension,and can control blood pressure,improve cardiac function and vascular endothelial function,reduce Hcy level,and inhibit inflammatory reactions.
