香砂平胃颗粒联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Xiangsha Pingwei Granules Combined with Quadruple Therapy in Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Associated Gastritis

目的:探究香砂平胃颗粒联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的临床效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2022年10月南京市栖霞区龙潭社区医院收治的78例幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎患者作为观察对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组给予四联疗法,观察组在对照组基础上给予香砂平胃颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:与对照组比较,观察组治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组餐后饱胀感、早饱、上腹痛、胃部灼热感评分以及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组餐后饱胀感、早饱、上腹痛、胃部灼热感评分以及总分均降低,与对照组比较,观察组更低(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组健康问卷躯体症状群量表(PHQ-15)、尼平消化不良症状指数(NDI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组PHQ-15、NDI评分降低,观察组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:香砂平胃颗粒联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的临床效果确切,有利于改善患者临床症状,提高健康水平。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xiangsha Pingwei granules combined with quadruple therapy in treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis.Methods:A total of 78 patients with Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis admitted to Longtan Community Hospital in Qixia District of Nanjing City from April 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given quadruple therapy,and the observation group was treated with Xiangsha Pingwei granules on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher overall effective rate(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of postprandial fullness,early satiety,upper abdominal pain,stomach burn sensation and total scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of postprandial fullness,early satiety,upper abdominal pain,stomach burn sensation and total scores decreased in the two groups;Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower scores(P<0.05).Before.treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of Patient Health Questionnaire Somatic Symptom Subscale(PHQ-15)and Nepean Dyspepsia Index(NDI)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the PHQ-15,NDI scores.increased in the two groups,and the improvement in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Xiangsha Pingwei granules combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis is definite,which is conducive to improving the clinical symptoms and health level of patients.
