公有制经济和非公有制经济都是社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,都是推进中国式现代化的重要力量。“毫不动摇巩固和发展公有制经济,毫不动摇鼓励、支持、引导非公有制经济发展”是我们党在推进中国式现代化进程中确立的一项重大方针,同时也是中国式现代化进程中不断推进马克思主义中国化时代化的重大创新。我们决不能简单地把马克思关于资本主义生产方式的理论分析套用到社会主义情形,而必须在生产力和生产关系的矛盾运动中、在商品价值和使用价值的有机统一中、在中国式现代化和马克思主义中国化时代化的历史过程中,深刻认识“两个毫不动摇”的理论逻辑、历史逻辑和实践逻辑,深刻认识社会主义市场经济条件下公有制经济和非公有制经济的优势互补、相互促进和共同发展。

Both the public and nonpublic sectors are key components of the socialist market economy and driving forces to advance Chinese modernization.“Unswervingly consolidating and developing the public sector and unswervingly encouraging,supporting,and guiding the development of the nonpublic sector”are a fundamental policy inaugurated by the CPC in the process of advancing Chinese modernization.At the same time,it is also a major innovation to adapt Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of the times in the process of Chinese modernization.We ought not to simply apply Marx's theoretical analysis of the capitalist mode of production to the socialist situation.Instead we must deeply understand the theoretical logic,historical logic and practical logic of“two unswervings”in the contradiction movement of productive forces and production relations,in the organic unity of commodity value and use value,and in the process of advancing Chinese modernization and adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of the times,and deeply understand the complementary advantages,mutual promotion and common development of the public and nonpublic sectors under the conditions of socialist market economy.
