摘要
探讨鹿血枸杞片增强小鼠免疫力和缓解小鼠体力疲劳的效果。经口给予小鼠低(0.2 g·kg^(-1)·BW^(-1))、中(0.4 g·kg^(-1)·BW^(-1))、高(0.8 g·kg^(-1)·BW^(-1))三个剂量的鹿血枸杞片30~50 d后,对小鼠的细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能、单核-巨噬细胞功能、NK细胞活性、血清尿素氮、负重游泳时间、肝糖原以及血乳酸进行测定,观察鹿血枸杞片增强免疫力及缓解体力疲劳的功效。实验得出鹿血枸杞片各剂量组与阴性对照组比较,改善了小鼠的脾淋巴细胞增值、转化能力,促进小鼠的迟发型变态反应和抗体生成细胞增值,能提高小鼠的血清溶血素水平、单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清功能和NK细胞活性,同时可以增加小鼠的负重游泳时间和肝糖原含量,减少运动前后小鼠血乳酸曲线下面积。证明鹿血枸杞片存在一定的缓解体力疲劳及增强免疫力的作用。
To investigate the effect of Deer Blood Lycium Tablet in enhancing immunity and alleviating physical fatigue in mice.The cellular immune function,humoral immune function,monocyte-macrophage function,NK cell activity,serum urea nitrogen,weight-bearing swimming time,hepatic glycogen,and blood lactic acid were measured in mice after having been orally administered with three doses of Deer Blood Lycium Tablet:low(0.2 g·kg^(-1)·BW^(-1)),medium(0.4 g·kg^(-1)·BW^(-1)),and high(0.8 g·kg^(-1)·BW^(-1)),for 30d to 50d.The efficacy of Deer Blood Lycium Tablet in enhancing immunity and relieving physical fatigue was observed.Deer Blood Lycium Tablet in each dose group had promoted the value-added and transforming effect of splenic lymphocytes,promoted the value-added of delayedtype allergic reaction and antibody-producing cells,increased the serum hemolysin level,monocyte-macrophage carbon contouring function,and NK cell activity in mice when compared with the negative control group;it prolonged the time for weight-bearing swimming of mice obviously,and the content of hepatic glycogen in mice increased significantly,which was favorable for the reduction of the area under the blood lactate curve in mice before and after exercise.Deer Blood Lycium Tablet had the effect of enhancing immunity and relieving physical fatigue.
