摘要
为了提高细长杆的表面性能,开展了细长杆表面强化涂层技术的研究。通过对比细长杆常用的表面强化技术,结合实际生产,对三种涂层进行筛选,并选用表面喷熔技术制备细长杆表面钴基合金涂层,并对其进行耐磨性、结合强度、硬度试验。试验结果表明:采用表面喷熔技术制备的细长杆表面钴基合金涂层,其外观无缺陷,涂层厚度大于1 mm,喷熔后允许的弯曲变形量达到2.3 mm,涂层性能满足硬度、结合强度、耐磨性等要求。故试验制备的具有表面强化涂层的细长杆性能满足表面性能强化要求,可作为细长杆表面强化的手段。
In order to improve the surface properties of slender rods,the research on surface strengthening coating technology for slender rods was carried out.By comparing the commonly used surface strenghening technologies for slender rods,combined with the actual production,three kinds of coatings are screened,and surface spray melting technology is selected to prepare cobalt-based alloy coatings on the surfaces of slender rods,and their wear resistance,bonding strength,and hardness tests are carried out.The test results show that:the cobalt-based alloy coating on the surface of slender rod prepared by surface fusion spraying technology has no defects in appearance,the coating thickness is more than 1 mm,the permissible bending deformation after fusion spraying reaches 2.3 mm,and the coating performance meets the requirements of hardness,bonding strength and wear resistance.Therefore,the performance of the test-prepared elongated rod with surface-strengthened coating meets the requirements of surface performance strengthening,and can be used as a means of surface strengthening of elongated rods.
