摘要
GJB5000B全称为军用软件能力成熟度模型,其主要目的是希望以科学系统的模型方法为牵引,在国内军工软件行业推进软件过程的改进,以提升军用软件承制单位的软件研制能力,促进装备软件质量整体提升。以基于领域工程模式进行开发的软件项目研发过程中采用四级量化管理为例分享研发过程经验。首先,介绍了领域工程的基本概念;其次,描述了在策划阶段结合多个项目实际需要确定按照领域工程模式进行开发;再次,介绍了为确保项目顺利实施而研究制定的领域工程管理办法,阐述了项目通过四级量化管理确保项目可视可控的实施过程跟踪结果;最后,总结项目按照领域工程开发后的实际效果,并对后续领域工程工作进行了展望。
The full name of GJB5000B is the military software capability maturity model,and its main purpose is to use a scientific and systematic model method as a drive to promote the improvement of software process in the domestic military software industry,then the software development capabilities of military software manufacturing units are enhanced,and the overall improvement of equipment software quality is promoted.This article takes the use of four level quantitative management in the software project development process based on domain engineering mode as an example to share the experience of the development process.This paper firstly introduces the basic concepts of domain engineering,secondly,combining with the actual needs of multiple projects describes how to develop according to the domain engineering model during the planning phase,then introduces the domain engineering management methods developed to ensure the smooth implementation of the project,elaborates the tracking results that the projects visual and controllable implementation process are ensured through four level quantitative management,finally,summarizes the actual effects of the project developed according to the domain engineering,and discusses the prospects for subsequent domain engineering work.
