模拟矢量调制器原理及其在T/R组件中的应用

摘要 有源相控阵天线系统是近年来国内外天线技术研究的一个热门领域。由于相控阵天线阵元间距随着工作频率的升高而变得越来越小,对相控阵T/R组件的尺寸提出了更高的要求。同时,为了保持相控阵天线系统的电扫特性,需要对幅相进行精细的控制。模拟矢量调制器(VM)因其较小的体积、低廉的成本及较高的控制精度得到了重视。基于模拟矢量调制器原理,介绍了VM体制T/R组件的特点及应用情况,并进行样件验证,说明了VM体制T/R组件在相控阵中具备较好的应用前景。 Active phased array antenna system is a popular field of antenna technology research both domestically and internationally in recent years.For the spacing between phased array antenna elements becomes smaller and smaller as the operating frequency increases,higher requirements have been placed on the size of phased array T/R modules.At the same time,in order to maintain the electrical scanning characteristics of phased array antenna systems,it is necessary to finely control the amplitude and phase.Simulated vector modulator(VM)has received attention due to its small size,low cost and high control accuracy.This paper introduces the characteristics and application of T/R modules with VM system based on the principle of simulated vector modulators,and conduct sample verification,which demonstrates that T/R modules of VM system have good application prospects in phased arrays.
