水泥厂磨煤机故障风险动态综合评估方法

Dynamic Comprehensive Assessment Method for Coal Mill Failure Risk in Cement Plants Based on Logistic Regression and Analytic Hierarchy Process

摘要 磨煤机是水泥厂生产线重要的机器设备,是人员巡检的重要设备之一。磨煤机巡检和维护工作依赖人员的经验和制度,日常维保还停留在事后维修的状态,缺乏针对设备异常的实时动态故障风险评估。针对该问题,提出一种融合工艺参数和设备参数的磨煤机故障风险综合评估方法。方法首先通过工艺参数建立磨煤机典型故障逻辑回归判断模型;然后,通过磨煤机传动系统、研磨系统和分离系统的电气、温度、振动、压力数据建立磨煤机主要机构的设备健康度模型;最后通过层次分析法对磨煤机故障风险综合评估。实例应用结果表明所提出的磨煤机故障风险评估方法有效地融合了工艺经验的优点,可实现对磨煤机故障风险的实时动态综合评估和故障定位。 Coal mill is an important equipment in cement production line,and also the focus of personnel inspection.The inspection and maintenance of coal mills rely on the experience and system of personnel.Daily maintenance still stays in the state of post-maintenance,and lacks real-time dynamic fault risk assessment for equipment abnormalities.Aiming at this problem,a comprehensive evaluation method of millfault risk integrating process parameters and equipment parameters is proposed.Firstly,the logic regression model of coal mill was established based on process parameters.Then,based on the electrical data,temperature data,vibration data and pressure data of coal mill,the health state model of coal mill equipment was established.Finally,we used the analytic hierarchy process to comprehensively evaluate the risk of coal mill.The application results show that the proposed coal mill risk assessment method effectively integrates the advantages of process experience to realize real-time dynamic comprehensive assessment and fault location of coal mill risk.
