摘要
文章基于国家级大数据综合试验区的准自然实验条件,利用2011—2021年中国278个地级及以上城市的面板数据,采用双重差分法和中介效应模型分析了数字经济赋能城市绿色能源效率提升和能源强度降低的作用路径和异质性。研究发现:大数据综合试验区的设立有助于城市绿色能源效率的提升和能源强度的降低;数字经济通过其技术属性拉动城市绿色技术创新,进而驱动城市绿色能源“增效”,数字经济通过其结构属性优化了城市产业布局,进而实现能源“降耗”;数字经济对能源利用的“增效”作用在西部地区、资源型和老工业基地城市更显著,数字经济的能源“降耗”效果在东部地区、非资源型和老工业基地城市更明显。
Based on the quasi-natural experimental conditions of the national-level big data comprehensive pilot zone,and using the panel data of 278 cities at the prefecture level and above in China from 2011 to 2021,this paper analyzes the action path and heterogeneity of the improvement of green energy efficiency and the reduction of energy intensity in cities empowered by digital economy by using the DID method and the intermediary effect model.The findings are shown as follows:The establishment of a comprehensive pilot zone for big data helps to improve urban green energy efficiency and reduce energy intensity.Digital economy drives urban green technological innovation through its technological attributes,which further drives urban green energy efficiency;digital economy optimizes the urban industrial layout through its structural attributes,which further achieves energy consumption reduction.The efficiency enhancement effect of digital economy on energy use is more significant in the western region,resource-based and old industrial base cities,and the energy consumption reduction effect of digital economy is more significant in the eastern region,non-resource-based and old industrial base cities.
