品管圈活动在医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科手术器械 清洗消毒管理中的应用效果

Application effect of quality control circle activities in cleaning and disinfection management of otolaryngology head and neck surgical instruments in hospital

目的探讨品管圈活动在医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科手术器械清洗消毒管理中应用效果。方法选取2022年6月至2023年12月九江市第一人民医院消毒供应中心(CSSD)的108533件耳鼻咽喉头颈外科手术器械作为研究对象,将2022年6月至2023年2月采用常规管理期间的54273件器械纳入对照组,2023年3月至12月品管圈活动期间的54260件器械纳入观察组。比较两组不良事件发生率、器械管理质量、工作质量、工作满意度及器械使用满意度。结果观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,消毒、清洗、灭菌合格率高于对照组,环境管理、包装质量、仪器状态、器械清洗质量、无菌物品管理、无菌操作,工作满意度中的内容、实用性、方便性、形式评分高于对照组,器械使用总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动可以提高医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科手术器械清洗消毒管理质量,减少不良事件,增强器械使用满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activities in cleaning and disinfection man-agement of otolaryngology head and neck surgical instruments in hospital.Methods A total of 108533 otolaryngology head and neck surgical instruments from the Central Sterile Supply Department(CSSD)of Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and 54273 instruments from June 2022 to February 2023 during routine management were included in the control group,54260 devices during quality control circle activities from March to December 2023 were included in the observation group.The incidence of adverse events,device management quality,job quality,job satisfaction and device use satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total in-cidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the qualified rates of disinfection,cleaning and sterilization were higher than those in the control group,the scores of environmental management,packaging quality,instrument status,instrument cleaning quality,sterile items management,sterile operation,and content,practicality,convenience and form score in job satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,and the total satisfaction of in-strument use was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control circle activities can improve the quality of cleaning and disinfection management of otolaryngology head and neck surgical instruments,reduce adverse events and enhance the satisfaction of instrument use.
