油气管道内检测技术多场景应用分析

摘要 油气管道作为经济、安全、有效的能源运输方式,近期事故频发,受到社会重点关注。为推动能源高质量发展,作为国内外最成熟、检测效果最好、性价比最高的内检测技术,已得到广泛应用。本文介绍了国内内检测技术应用现状,对应用场景进行分类,阐述了内检测技术在天然气、原油、成品油、投产前管道等典型场景中的应用特点及应对措施。为实现油气管道内检测全面覆盖,提出了内检测技术发展方向,为我国内检测技术发展及设备研制提供参考。 Oil and gas pipelines,as an economic,safe,and efficient means of energy transportation,have attracted considerable social attention in recent years due to the prevalent accidents.To facilitate high-quality energy development,in-line inspection(ILI),recognized as the most mature detection technology with optimal detection performance and cost-effectiveness domestically and internationally,has been extensively utilized.This paper reviews the application status of iLi technology in China,classifies the application scenarios,and elaborates on the application characteristics and countermeasures of ILI technology in typical scenarios including natural gas,crude oil,refined oil,and pre-production pipelines.To realize comprehensive ILI coverage of oil and gas pipelines,the development direction of ILI technology is proposed,providing references for the research and development of domestic inspection technology and equipment.
