基坑新型钢支撑球头式活动头抗压承载性能试验

摘要 新型球头式活动头钢支撑采用球头支座连接围檩与钢支撑,钢支撑成为两端铰接的二力杆件,通过球头的自动调节功能,使钢支撑处于轴心受力的有利状态,可以有效避免设置垫块、减小施工误差和偏心压力,从而增加钢支撑稳定性。通过抗压承载性能试验发现:球头式活动头在3500 kN轴向压力下未屈服,当加载至5000 kN时,上部承压板和侧壁钢板位置材料进入屈服状态,但此时球头式活动头未发生塑性软化或断裂破坏,整个加载过程中,球头式活动头并未达到屈服,工作状态良好,其连接可靠度高。同时,球头式活动头可以逐渐形成定型产品,并推广使用。 The new type of ball head movable head steel support adopts a ball head support to connect the purlin and steel support,making the steel support a two force rod with hinged ends.Through the automatic adjustment function of the ball head,the steel support is in a favorable state of axial force,which can effectively avoid setting cushion blocks,reduce construction errors and eccentric pressure,and thereby increase the stability of the steel support.Through compressive bearing performance tests,it was found that the specimen did not yield under an axial pressure of 3500 kN.When loaded to 5000 kN,the material at the upper pressure plate and side wall steel plate positions entered a yielding state.However,at this time,the steel supported ball joint movable head did not undergo plastic softening or fracture failure.Throughout the loading process,the ball joint did not yield and worked well,with high connection reliability.At the same time,through on-site operational tests,standardized products can gradually be formed and promoted for use.
