小儿肺热咳喘颗粒联合雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Xiaoer Feire Kechuan granules combined with aerosol inhalation in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children

目的分析小儿肺热咳喘颗粒联合雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2021年12月至2022年12月我院收治的200例小儿支气管肺炎患儿为研究对象,以治疗方案差异将其分为对照组(100例,雾化吸入治疗)和研究组(100例,小儿肺热咳喘颗粒联合雾化吸入治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果、炎症指标、免疫指标、心肌酶指标、临床症状消失时间及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平低于对照组,CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)及肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的发热消失时间、咳嗽消失时间及咽喉红肿消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组的消化道不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿肺热咳喘颗粒联合雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎患儿的效果显著,有利于改善炎症及免疫指标,控制心肌损伤,促进患儿症状恢复,值得临床应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Xiaoer Feire Kechuan granules combined with aerosol inhalation in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 200 children with bronchial pneumonia admitted in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the difference of treatment plan,the children were divided into control group(100 cases,aerosol inhalation)and study group(100 cases,Xiaoer Feire Kechuan granules combined with aerosol inhalation).The therapeutic effect,inflammatory indexes,immune indexes,myocardial enzyme indexes,disappearance time of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of aspartate transaminase(AST),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK)and cardiac troponin T(cTnT)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough and throat swelling of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The Xiaoer Feire Kechuan granules combined with aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia has a significant effect,it is beneficial to improve inflammation and immune indexes,control myocardial injury and promote the recovery of symptoms in children,which is worthy of clinical application.
