摘要
以‘巨能7’‘SK3010’‘金皇后’‘WL358HQ’‘WL525HQ’‘WL319HQ’6个紫花苜蓿品种为试验材料,通过测定苜蓿叶片的粗蛋白、氨基酸、B族维生素含量,分析必需氨基酸比值(RAA)、氨基酸比值系数(RC)、氨基酸比值系数分(SRC),对紫花苜蓿营养价值进行评价。结果表明:‘WL358HQ’的粗蛋白含量最高,且与其他5个品种存在显著差异;6个品种苜蓿中均含有被测的17种氨基酸,‘金皇后’的必需氨基酸含量最高,各品种药效氨基酸均占总氨基酸含量的60%以上;紫花苜蓿SRC值在57—61,且‘金皇后’SRC值最高;‘金皇后’维生素(FA∕VB9、DHF、5-FTHF、5,10-CHTHF、VB_6)含量最高;6个品种紫花苜蓿均符合优质蛋白质的标准且具有很强的药用价值,‘金皇后’苜蓿营养价值最高。本研究可为上海地区紫花苜蓿的引种和资源利用提供科学依据。
Six alfalfa varieties including‘Magnum 7’,‘SK3010’,‘Golden Queen’,‘WL358HQ’,‘WL525HQ’and‘WL319HQ’were used as experimental subjects.The crude protein content,amino acid content,and B vitamin content of alfalfa leaves were determined.And alfalfa nutritional value was evaluated by analyzing the ratio of essential amino acids(RAA),the ratio coefficient of amino acids(RC),and the score of ratio coefficient of amino acids(SRC).The results showed that‘WL358HQ’had the highest crude protein content and was significantly different from the other 5 varieties.All the 6 alfalfa varieties contained 17 kinds of amino acids,and the essential amino acid content of‘Golden Queen’was the highest,and the effective amino acids of each variety accounted for more than 60%of the total amino acid content.The SRC value of alfalfa ranged from 57 to 61,and the‘Golden Queen’had the highest SRC value.The‘Golden Queen’also had the highest mean content of several vitamins(FA∕VB9,DHF,5-FTHF,5,10-CHTHF,VB6)among the 6 alfalfa species.It was concluded that alfalfa had complete amino acids and had strong medicinal value.All the 6 alfalfa varieties met the standard of high-quality protein,and the‘Golden Queen’variety had the highest nutritional value.This study provided a scientific basis for the introduction and resource utilization of alfalfa in Shanghai area.
