摘要
自2023年起,我院临床药师采用继教课程表与Coaching相结合的本土化继教模式。辅导员融合每位临床药师对专科知识及未来职业发展规划的需求制定继教课程表,辅导员向临床药师一对一反馈继教绩效时,通过Coaching的指导引导其提升思维认知,找到低分项内在原因并驱动其付诸于行动。该模式下,我院临床药师思维认知水平提高,药事服务质量大幅提升。
Since 2023,the clinical pharmacists in our hospital have adopted a localized continuing education model that combines the continuing education curriculum schedule with coaching.The counselor formulates the continuing education curriculum schedule by integrating the needs of each clinical pharmacist for specialized knowledge and future career development plans.When giving one-on-one feedback to clinical pharmacists on the performance of continuing education,the counselor guided them to improve their cognition through the guidance of Coaching,helping clinical pharmacists to find the inner reasons for low scores and driving them to take action.Under this model,the cognitive level of the clinical pharmacists in our hospital has been improved,and the quality of pharmaceutical care services has been greatly enhanced.
